My client is able to provide a fully tailor made package to suit each and every cone of their customers need. No job is too complex, and they are able to fit out complete Warehouses, Distribution Centres, Commercial Office spaces and more.

 

My client is keen to add a highly motivated, forward thinking and margin driving leader to help deliver aggressive growth plans and motivate the sales and marketing teams.  

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

The Sales & Marketing Director will be responsible for:

 

  • Leading, driving and motivating a diverse team with good business strategies to achieve their sales targets.

  • Working closely with the Marketing team to assist in ideas for developing Public relations and the management of external communications, including the website content, e- bulletins, social media and marketing materials.

  • Internal Communications regarding sales lead generation.

  • Corporate entertainment for clients and networks (with the approval of the MD).

  • Oversee sales enquiries through the Design & Proposals department.

  • Oversee and drive the in-house system for lead generation and management of leads from prospect to contact; Lead and motivate the members of Sales to achieve and exceed target.

  • Refer any non-standard commercial contracts to the Managing Director for approval.

  • Manage Key Supplier relationships for the successful delivery and installations of products.

  • Regularly review and manage Sales objectives and agree KPIs with the members of the sales and marketing teams, with plans for recruitments and replacement where necessary.

 

Required Experience:

 

The Sales & Marketing Director will have the following experience:

 

  • Degree qualified in Marketing.

  • Good technical understanding of design and special awareness.

  • Technical or Construction based industry background e.g. design and build.

  • Health and safety in relation to design and build.

  • Have good numeracy skills and understand data.

  • Understand the Marketing to Sales relationship.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

  • Knowledge CRM system and the in-house systems.

  • Must have a full clean driving licence

  • Minimum of 3 years as a Sales & Marketing Director in B to B environment.

  • Corporate experience.

  • Experience of Commercial design and build projects Business Acumen and commercial know-how.

  • Experienced in preparing sales quotes, using sales databases effectively.

  • Experience of building client relationships and strong networks.

 

Package:

 

£70,000 to £80,000 + Car + Commission.
